GranuFlo Lawsuit website for cases occurring before the GranuFlo recall

GranuFlo Lawsuit has just been launched at granuflo-lawsuit.com. This is part of our ongoing effort to connect with people injured by dialysis malpractice, or the recalled dialysis drugs GranuFlo and NaturaLyte. We’ve also got a GranuFlo Lawsuit Google+ Page, and will be adding more social media to the campaign.

If you or someone in your family was injured or died due to dialysis side effects, take a look at our new GranuFlo Lawsuit and Dialysis Lawsuit websites.

Attorney Advertisement

Because anything I write on this blog could be construed as attorney advertising, I am putting attorney advertising disclaimers here:  No representation is made that the quality of legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers. The hiring of a law firm is a serious decision that should not be based on advertising alone.

I’m also going to list some of my current projects so readers can see the actual product that I’m writing about. At the present time, that would include:

Dialysis Lawsuit, a WordPress-built site that is intended to help sign up people who were injured or lost family members due to the recalled dialysis drugs GranuFlo and NaturaLyte, or who suffered serious injuries or the death of a family member due to negligence by the outpatient dialysis center staff. Dialysis Lawsuit is focused broadly on all types of serious dialysis cases, and is not limited to NaturaLyte or GranuFlo lawsuits. The Dialysis Lawsuit site is also integrated with the following social media projects:

As you can tell from the list above, I try to use uniform names as much as possible, both for branding and SEO reasons. I choose the names by using Google AdWord’s Keyword Tool to examine the search volume for different terms. Because I’ve seen that there are as many people searching for “GranuFlo lawsuit” as there are people searching for “dialysis lawsuit,” I’m running a 2nd campaign to connect with potential clients who are searching for “GranuFlo lawsuit.” The site and pages for GranuFlo Lawsuit (some of which are still being built) are:

One tip about creating websites and pages: often, the exact name you want is not available. But that shouldn’t stop you from getting the closest available URL, and then naming the site/page whatever you like. For an example, visit my GranuFlo Lawsuit Facebook Page. You’ll see that I was unable to get exactly the URL I wanted, so I got the URL https://www.facebook.com/GranuFloLawsuitLawyers.

Because I'm a personal injury lawyer who represents people nationwide in lawsuits involving pharmaceutical litigation (prescription drugs that hurt or kill people), defective medical devices, environmental torts, whistleblower lawsuits, and other serious cases, I'm adding this attorney advertising disclaimer at the end of each post: No representation is made that the quality of legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers. The hiring of a law firm is a serious decision that should not be based on advertising alone.  All my cases are generally handled by me and a litigation team of law firms I work with. All lawsuits are handled on a contingency basis. If you don't collect, you don't pay.

Dialysis Lawsuit Project: How to Link a Google+ Page to YouTube Channel

Dialysis lawsuit social media campaign offers unique chance to reach out to people with GranuFlo, NaturaLyte and other dialysis lawsuits

Dialysis lawsuits are among one of the most recent medical mass torts in which I’ve been involved, as i posted a few days ago. Our main website is a WordPress site, Dialysis Lawsuut, with a Free Dialysis Lawsuit Review Form. After we got the website launched, we began adding matching social media sites. There’s a Dialysis Lawsuit Facebook Page. There’s a @DialysisLawyer Twitter account. But when it came to setting up my Dialysis Lawsuit Google+ Page and a Dialysis Lawsuit YouTube Channel, I was stumped.

Dialysis Lawsuit Video Tells How to Collect Money in a Dialysis Lawsuit

Dialysis Lawsuit Campaign makes legal help available for those with dialysis lawsuits

As I mentioned in a previous post, I’ve teamed up with two litigation firms to file dialysis lawsuits for people who were hospitalized or died after receiving kidney dialysis using GranuFlo or NaturaLyte, or who sustained serious injury or death due to the negligence of a dialysis clinic. We are examining both Fresenius and DaVita Dialysis Clinics.

Dialysis Lawsuit Online Marketing Campaign May Interest Personal Injury Lawyers

I was an early advocate for personal injury lawyers to use video, and later I’ve advocated social media. Dialysis lawsuit site’s currently include Dialysis Lawsuit, Dialysis Lawsuit Attorneys, a Dialysis Lawsuit Facebook Page, a Dialysis Lawsuit Google+ Page which is linked to a Dialysis Lawsuit YouTube channel so that all our videos can be viewed on either YouTube or Google+, and finally, a DialysisLawyer Twitter account. I’ve also recently found that uploading documents, presentations and videos to SlideShare can be a cost-effective way to generate leads. Check out the dialysis lawsuit presentations, videos and documents at the Michael J. Evans SlideShare Page.

By the way, if you visit any of my websites or social media sites, I would certainly appreciate a Google+1, inclusion in your Google+ circles, a Facebook “Like,” etc.

I usually use a video player when I post a video on this blog. This time I’m going to embed a video from SlideShare to give any lawyers who are interested an opportunity to see how videos on SlideShare look.

Dialysis lawsuit site gives free GranuFlo lawsuit reviews

GranuFlo recall in March 2012 came too late for those who suffered heart attacks or other injuries due to the use of GranuFlo in dialysis procedures.

I’ve joined with several other law firms experienced in handling complex mass torts to begin a Dialysis Lawsuit project. Thousands of people suffered heart attacks and other injuries before the maker of GranuFlo, Fresenius Medical Care, recalled the defective dialysis drug.  Our legal team’s first GranuFlo lawsuit website is Dialysis=Lawsuits.org. We hope to file a number of Fresenius Medical Care lawsuits.

Fresenius Medical Care is a global corporation headquartered in Germany. It is also the largest provider of outpatient kidney dialysis in North America. The Fresenius-owned dialysis center in Bessemer, AL was closed for a period of time beginning in May 2013 due to the deaths of two patients, and the hospitalization of several more. The regulatory authorities found several violations of regulations at the Fresenius clinic, although it did not conclude that the violations caused the deaths or hospitalizations.  The regulators provided Fresenius with a plan which Fresenius was required to comply with before re-opening the dialysis center.

The closing of the Bessemer, AL Fresenius Medical Care outpatient dialysis center raised eyebrows among lawyers involved in the GranuFlo litigation. Fresenius had been warned March 5, 2013 about making adulterated medical devices at its plant that manufactures dialyzers (a medical device used in dialysis).  It doesn’t seem unreasonable to wonder if Fresenius is an out-of-control company, g iven the Fresenius recall of  GranuFlo after GranuFlo side-effects injured and killed thousands of people, the FDA’s warning to Fresenius in March, and the closing of Fresenius’ Bessemer, AL dialysis center in May, 2013.

If you or someone in your family suffered injuries or death caused by dialysis, take a look at out site Dialysis Lawsuit. Or if you’re a lawyer with a client who has a potential dialysis lawsuit, but you don’t handle pharmaceutical cases, get in touch with us. Fresenius should be held liable for every penny in damages it caused by failing to initiate a GranuFlo recall when it first saw signs that the drug was dangerous.
