Law Firm Alliances

Joint Online And Social Media Legal Marketing and Litigation

If you would like to partner with other law firms to market nationally, I can help organize a “legal alliance” for just that purpose. I handle the marketing (and sometimes client intake) and trial firms handle the litigation.

In 2000 when I first saw the opportunity to use the Internet to expand my law practice nationwide, I joined with two other law firms to create the American Legal Alliance. Our first project involved creating a “Rezulin Legal Alliance” to educate the public about the dangers of the now-recalled diabetes drug Rezulin. Not only did we educate the public, we were also vocal advocates for a recall of the drug months before the recall occurred, and we offered legal representation to Rezulin victims nationwide. We divided responsibilities between several law firms, and our effort led to our successful representation of over 1,000 victims of liver damage caused by Rezulin (or the estates of some victims who died of liver failure). These cases were settled for a substantial, confidential amount.

In the time since the first “legal alliance” was formed, I’ve participated in many others, mostly involving defective drugs or medical devices. I’ve always handled marketing and partnered with at least one substantial litigation firm to handle discovery, hearings and trials. If you’re a litigation firm interested in working together on mass tort litigation, please use the Contact Form to contact me.

I believe the “legal alliance” concept could successfully be extended into areas beyond mass torts. For example, an alliance of Social Security Disability attorneys and law firms nationwide would lend itself well to social media marketing. If you’re a Social Security Disability attorney, I would be interested in discussing the opportunity with you. Once again, you can reach me using my Contact Form.

Attorney Advertising

No representation is made that the quality of legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers. The hiring of a law firm is a serious decision that should not be based on advertising alone.
