I’ve written on this blog about law, technology consumer protection, and online legal marketing. I finally decided to move my legal marketing blogging to another blog that will be concentrated solely on online legal marketing for plaintiffs’ attorneys, including mass tort lawyers, personal injury lawsyers and social security disability lawyers.
If you’re interested in the new blog, you can check it out at AttorneyMarketingOnline.com. If you’re a lawyer who represents individuals, and you’re interested in obtaining new clients, I think you’ll find my new attorney marketing blog interesting. It’s got free marketing posts, a free online marketing newsletter, and also some paid marketing services you can subscribe to if you think they’ll help your practice.
One area that I’ve got a lot of experience in is obtaining plaintiffs through the use of social media marketing. I’ve done this in the BP oil spill litigation for over two years. But there are ethical pitfalls, and it hasn’t been widely adopted by plaintiffs firms yet. I’m offering packages of managed social media marketing services that include my oversight so as to steer clear of ethical violations while still getting new clients. If you’re interested in that service, please take a look at the marketing services page on the new blog.
If you’re a mass tort lawyer who is interested in working together on transvaginal mesh litigation or certain other mass torts, please see my mass tort page.
I hope those of you who are plaintiffs attorneys will find the new attorney marketing blog to be worth reading.
